The room was spotlessly clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast area was spotless, food was very good and plentiful. I really enjoyed that, as it was very convenient to enjoy breakfast early without having to leave the property. My only complain was the room seemed a little dark b/c of the dark color paint and lack of over head lighting in the room, but I adjusted. I just needed to keep the bathroom light on all night. Otherwise everything was very good and I've recommended the hotel to friends who will be going to the casino too.

The property itself could use some sprucing up but it was neat and clean, the breakfast was good, the location perfect. Not surrounded by noisy businesses, it was nestled in the woods and as a result was very quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If we ever return to the casinos in Norwich-Mystic we will probably stay here again.

We came in fairly late and I have a foot injury so i do not walk the best, the front desk clerk spoke to us and asked if we were OK I read this as they were ensuring my safety as I was walking a bit off. The bed was cozy and lots of plows. Clean everywhere, friendly staff. Conveniently located to highway.

My boyfriend and I loved the guy at the front desk when we first arrived and checked in. He was kind and funny and honestly made our night. I forgot his name but he was working the evening at around 5:30- 6pm on the 3rd of December. Loved the room as well we have never been in a room so big with all the necessities you need.

I've stayed here twice now when going to Mystic. It's about 20 minutes from Mystic, but the price is hard to beat and the "spa" room has a double door divider to allow our young child to sleep before us. This hotel is a cheap option to allow us to spend money on other parts of the trip.
